Living without a purpose is the thing that changes our view on life. That's the point we discover either we are gonna become someone who doesn't have to live anymore or the one who is gonna put some changes in the world.

The taxi driver is one of the movies, I always remember when I feel lonely. It's the story of a taxi driver named Travis Bickle who spends most part of his life driving around each block and seeing the bad things happening around him.

There is always a threshold where a lonely one turns into a freak. The small problems they face when they try to socialize gonna have a big effect on them.

He had a crush on a girl he tries to get an opportunity to talk and build a relationship. But it was hard for him to follow the social standards and fail to keep up with the relationship. He again starts like he is different from the whole world.

There there is the part of evolution, love failures are the things that are gonna be giving an initial pull.

Lonely people always have time to learn something new and to have a tryout of that. It's also what happens in Travis's life. He buys guns and invests time on training to use it.

He was bored with seeing the world like this, At that time America was full of crimes. He wanted to put some kind of change there.

There is a young girl who comes in between some parts of Travis' life. Then he finds out that she is a prostitute. A guy named Sport was the one who put her in this mess.

Travis tries to know more about her and he founds out that this Sport guy has brainwashed her in a state where she didn't even know what she was doing.

He wanted to save her from that world of shit. Finally, after putting some bullets on some guy's head, he saves her. But he was near being dead.

He survives, when he left the hospital he becomes some kind of hero. The news and all the media's gave him a great image.

Then we see a letter of thanks received to Travis from that young girl's father. That was something meaningful to him. Then again he starts his journey as a taxi driver.

Now he feels something different about the world. He feels some kind of happiness when he looks at the world.

She comes for a ride now, she looks at him while sitting at the back. There was something. He leaves her at her house and says,

"So long"

And he drives away.

I got something personal about this movie, I think some part of our life we will be alone and starts to feel like it's hard to fit in this world.
