Me and My Depression
Most of us go through mainly two stages in our everyday life. One is where we are fully motivated and active. At that time our mind finds a solution for all the problems we have. We feel like we are the smartest one in the world.

The next state is where we are totally depressed. We feel like we have lost everything. We try to find each and every problem we have. Small problems look bigger. We feel like we are the dumbest person in the world.
What is the root cause of this problem? Have you ever thought about that? Or just act like whatever happens, I don't care. That's the problem of all of us. We care about everything around us and how we look outside. You need to understand the fact that there is a lot of people to care about how you look outside. For something happening inside, there is only you. If you don't take care. There is no one.
Guys what's really happening here. We need a solution for this. Each of this stage has its own problems. I'm not talking about the depressed state only. I am also talking about a fully active state. Because in each of these states the decisions we take are not be based upon reality. We just act based on emotion. At the active stage, everything is doable for you. So signs upon big tasks and set a limited time for it. When something little bad happens your whole thought process goes in the opposite direction.
We spend more time thinking about the future. You want to make it colourful. You are thinking where you will be after a few years. what will we your social status? Also copying some lifestyles and everyday stuff from the legends. It's where all the problem starts.
I'm not saying to not think about the future. I'm saying to control it. Why waste the energy on these thoughts which give you petty pleasures. What's the use of it? What are your plans for your life two years ago? Are you happy now? If you have done things you thought about you will be happy. If you are not then the answer is there was only thought process no action.
You need to understand the fact that if we start to imagine based on the emotion we have at that time you can build an imaginary world without the limits. At ground level, it's just nothing. It has no practical importance. Just inside our head. How much you imagine and be deeply go through fantasy dreams. When you come to the depressed state then the depression will be that much. you start to act weird. At that time also you take decisions which have no relation to reality. So don't be too optimistic and also pessimistic. Be realistic.
So the thing is our dreams are limitless. Dreaming is good. I never say it's bad. But don't dream upon the just one emotion on your mind. Live on the present. It doesn't mean concentrate on the boring life and makes it worse. Find something to laugh and try to be neutral. Enjoy the present whenever you can. Nobody's life is full of exciting moments. If you are bored don't think too much about the future or things like that. Just be bored. You don't need to think all the time. Just make the mind empty. No past no future. We don't know what's gonna happen next.
I'm not saying to be in the safe zone and do nothing. You want to do something in life. You want a purpose. You are trying to do something new. most things are not working out. We make large dreams and plan further and further. Not thinking about the base work we have to do. Even if in my case, sometimes I think more about after 1 or 2-year making a lot of money from this blog buying the expensive laptop. Typing on it. Lots of fancy stuff like travelling as a blogger. But what's the reality I have to write it. I need contents to write.
More than think about the future states I need to think about the next blog I am gonna write. I want to write it well. So needed to find points for just that one blog post. I can't repeat the title each time. I need a minimum of 10 or 20 main points in it. So I need to make just one post better. If I go this way I will get good satisfaction after completing it. I can take each small steps. Slowly it becomes large steps.

Now you may have an idea. We are not making big plans and not trying to do it the next day. Just trying to find its base level and doing each small steps and the satisfaction from that leads us to do more. After that, we are in love with the process and we don't care about the achievements.
So be simple. Be what you are. Not be a copy. Think based on reality. More than taking big unhealthy steps, take a small perfect step. You don't need to serious all the time about your goals and stuff. Be good with your friends. Listen to music. Don't be a too serious person, be cool. Live life smartly.
